In Nigeria, over Seven Hundred (700) Health Care Professionals have been trained in the annual Postgraduate programme in Paediatric Nutrition (PGPN). PGPN is a training initiative of Boston University School of Medicine and MedInscribe supported by Nestle Nutrition Institute.

To deepen learning and further build knowledge of HCPs, round table pan Nigeria to discuss some advances in nutrition. The main resource were the PGPN participants. Topics discussed boarded around Proteins; Immunity and Long Chain Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids among others. A total of over Eight Hundred (800) key opinion leaders were reached. Group work and presentations also further spiced learning.
